You are not going to ride this bike away. But you can roll it pretty nicely.
It needs a lot of work, but mainly just new cables and brake levers. It comes with all its components, minus the brake levers (because I misplaced them). The frame itself is in great condition. If you were to fix it up, it would sell for a decent profit.
The colors are a bit flashy: white with a little yellow and pink filigree (easily hideable). But it was made in the early 90's so give it credit.
I'm too lazy to measure it at the moment but it's about 53cm. Display interest and I'll actually take measurements. Respond to ad for any questions and I'm available in afternoons and some evenings if you'd like to take a look.
