Motor Description
I have a 1999 fuel injected DT225 model Suzuki outboard for sale. It is a 2-stroke engine with a built in oil tank for the oil injection. I purchased this as a backup for parts. This would be good for a parts motor. The top starboard cylinder has a hole in the middle of the piston and also some scoring of the cylinder wall. The head covers have been removed to diagnose the damage of the power head. I hate to see this parts motor go to waste. I am not sure of the hours, this auction is for the motor only and it does not come with a lower unit or controls.
This is a used motor and sold as such.
I live in Colonial Heights Virginia and am 25 minutes South of Richmond Va.
The motor weighs approximately 415lbs.
