Life Church would like to invite you to take part in our 2nd Mechanicsville Bazaar

this fall. We will have a limit of 3 (of the same) items for

sale. (e.g., we will only have 3 candle vendors)

Our Mechanicsville Bazaar will be on Saturday, October 16, 2010, from 9am to 3pm. We

are located at 8378 Atlee Road, Mechanicsville, VA 23116. We may be reached at (804)

746-LIFE (5433) with any questions.

Vendor spacing is priced as follows:

- 8 x 8 ............................. $35 (no electrical power outlet access)

- 10 x 10 ...................... $50 (electrical power outlet access)

****** vendors are responsible for bringing their own tables....

****** vendors may lease tables from the Mechanicsville Bazaar at $5/table.

This event will strategically be advertised in the Times Dispatch Bazaar Page,

Mechanicsville Local, STYLE, local community radio spots, website and local flyers.

A catered boxed lunch will be provided for $5... In addition to this, a silent auction will be

provided in an effort to raise money for children in the community.

Set up will be on Friday, October 15, 2010 from 6pm - 8pm & Saturday, October 16,

2010 from 7am - 9am. We will have staff present to assist you with unloading and

Vendors are responsible for collecting and paying their Virginia Sales tax on all sales

made during the event.
