Hello everyone I just wanted to let every one know that there is a real Paranormal Investigations group out there. These guys are the real deal and are very professional at what they do. The group is called PPI (Past and Present investigations.) and they are located in Powhatan VA. The lead Investigators are George Rompilla & Brad Huddleston of Richmond both with over 15 yrs experience in their field. The reason I�m putting them out there like this is because I recently had them come out to my home and they were able to answer a lot of questions for me through their research and investigation. It only took them two nights and to do their investigation and they told me that our home does have activity however there is nothing to worry about. A friend of mine is having them do there home and plantation as well because their house was built back in the 1800�s and believe that their property has activity and would like to know more as well. i built the page only 2 days ago and i already have 9 people joined! i have the site to raise awareness that older dogs are rotting away in shelters and are great dogs to have. there are many benefits to having a senior dog in your life. they are not usually hyper, they are usually already neutered/spayed, usually already housetrained!! usually have expencive obedience training, have passed all annoying puppy behaviors, you have the ultimate joy of giving a senior dog a life they deserve in their golden years.
many of the seniors in shelters had lives with families before they ended up un shelters but due to unforseen circumstances like our economy and forclosure they are where they are. a dog's love is unconditional and you would be giving a great gift even if it was just a warm bed to lay on at night instead of a concrete floor in a crowded, loud shelter where they could release their last breaths.
many senior dogs have lots of years ahead of them and yet they are looked over because it is assumed they will just cause high vet bills and mess up your home. please dont let that cloud your mind. a senior dog can be very low maitenance if you follow preventative care like you would a puppy. and can be less expencive. we will all get old one day and it is our duty to treat mans best friend with respect as they get old as well and not throw them away like accessories. my link to my group is below:

Established in October 2008, Central Virginia Vintage Volkswagens (or C3Vs) is a Richmond, VA area club devoted to the preservation and restoration of the beloved Air-Cooled Volkswagen. We are an informal group loosely organized with no dues and no commitments! In our first year as a club we have managed to hold monthly meetings and cruise-ins that have been both informative and fun! Our greatest success was our 1st Annual All VW show held at Brown's VW in Richmond. This will be an annual event held each summer and will feature some of the coolest VWs around.

Just look at the time food takes from our lives. Answer these questions:

* How much time do you spend preparing it?
* How much time do you spend in a day eating food?
* How much time do you spend cleaning up after your meals?
* How much time do you spend getting rid of this food in the bathroom?
* How much time do you spend exercising to try and counteract the effects of food?
* How much extra time do you spend sleeping because of the stress food puts on your body?
* How much lost productivity do you have in a day because of the tiring effect food has on your body?

The Greater Richmond Chorus invites women of all ages who love to sing to participate in a month's worth of free vocal instruction beginning on Monday October 5, and continuing through Monday October 26. The vocal skills classes will take place at 7 pm at Forest Hill Presbyterian Church, 4401 Forest Hill Avenue, Richmond 23225. Interested women are urged to pre-register, as space is limited!

The workshop series, also presented last June, is being repeated because more women registered last spring than could be accomodated. All the June participants indicated that they enjoyed the classes, and many commented that the instructor was outstanding.

The workshop sessions will include instruction in a number of vocal production techniques, such as breathing, resonance and ensemble skills. Following each 45 to 60 minute class, participants are welcome to join the remainder of the chorus rehearsal (which continues through 10 pm), either to observe or to sing along.
