AECOM’s Global Mobility Department, located in Glen Allen, VA is seeking a Director of Immigration Services to develop and implement the global delivery of an international company’s immigration services, with heavy emphasis on the Americas region immigration programs.<br>
<br>
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:<br>
<br>
•	Develop and lead an organization that serves as the center of expertise for all immigration related services around the world, with emphasis on the Americas region.<br>
•	Create immigration training materials and deliver the training sessions to various customer groups.<br>
•	Develop and closely manage a global network of immigration services vendors.<br>
•	Develop and closely manage the immigration database.<br>
•	Provide functional expertise to the Mobility Services team members, Line HR, Hiring Managers, Recruiting, etc.<br>
•	Lead the development of infrastructure improvements which meet customers' needs, maximize information accessibility <br>
                     for customers and team members, and drive consistent service delivery across all The Company service centers.<br>
•	Participate in the annual development of the Global Immigration Service Level Agreement (SLA), including the refinement of metrics and billing components.<br>
•	Develop and drive customer service and customer 'experience' improvements across all The Company Mobility service centers that provide immigration services.<br>
•	Lead, sponsor and drive immigration improvement projects focused on the Immigration Programs around the world.<br>
<br>
Requirements:<br>
<br>
•	Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Human Resources or related area<br>
•	7-10 years of U.S. immigration law experience, focusing on employment based nonimmigrant and immigrant visas;<br>
•	Will consider a JD ( with license to practice law) and five years of corporate immigration law experience<br>
•	Included in the required experience:<br>
•	Five years of strong project management background;<br>
•	Four years of in-house corporate immigration programs design and management experience strongly preferred;<br>
•	Two years of corporate immigration training experience preferred<br>
•	Immigration database implementation and management expertise preferred; <br>
•	Two or more years of coordinating global visa activities preferred<br>
•	Two or more years of leading high performing team(s), including high volume vendor management<br>
•	Must have a strong consultative approach to client service and problem solving<br>
•	Ability to influence effectively at all levels within the organization<br>
•	Ability to influence the leaders who will support the objectives of the Mobility programs now and in the future and effectively present the information to audiences<br>
•	Ability to build strong relationships at all levels<br>
