Looking to sublet a furnished apartment for 1 - 4 months for set monthly price (including utilities). Preference is some amount of time (at least a month) between Nov 15 and March 1.
Ideal is furnished including desk / work area (or at least space for a small simple cheap desk with computer). Must be in walkable area of town, or relatively near main bus line for access to all shopping needs and amtrak. Must be safe part of town for walking late at night.
I am a responsible 25 year old with a bachelor's currently living in NYC (which is why no car). I will take great care of your place and stuff, and happily provide references, resume, credit report, etc. I need a place somewhere between Nov 15 and March 1 to work on a writing project on a grant. I picked Richmond because I need the cheap rent prices and public transportation access to DC and Fredericksburg. I do not want to furnish a new place or deal with setting up utilities, etc. Happy to simply replace you while you take a break from rent while travelling or go home! I will also be in apartment only about 60 percent of the time, and sleeping at family home in Fredericksburg other time.
