Looking For:
I would love to find someone that has an extra room available for, at the most, 3 nights a week from January to March.
My Situation:
Richmond has been my home for many years but I recently moved away after being laid off. I'm staying with family in Norfolk and have decided to keep it that way until I finish school, (school being in Richmond, for nursing). This is my second go around with college. The first was a BFA in CAD from VCU . Word is it's nearly impossible to work and go to nursing school; very rigorous. I can't afford to move back to Richmond full on but the commute while in this program may destroy me as well. It would be really cool if someone had an extra room I could rent a couple nights during the week. I would only move in an air mattress and some basics here and there. I shower at the gym and eat on the go. You may never see me!
About Me:
Not so young I'm annoying, not so old I'm uptight: 37 SWF. Super laid back. Live & let live, golden rule, etc. Wee bit a neat freak. Drink, yes..but not in an excessive way, just wine with dinner and...whenever else I want. Smoke...eh, no cigarettes; quit those a year ago. I am conscientious and respectful of individual space. Sometimes dry or dark sarcastic or irreverent sense of humor, other times just silly and ridiculous.
What I am NOT looking for:
No-I am NOT a hooker; just a student needing a room a couple nights a week. No funny business. I will pay what we agree on in CASH. Also, I would prefer my car in the walmart 24 hr parking lot to a roach infested rat-hole for sleeping.If your place is super nasty...I'm not the gal. And no drama, no stupid drama please. Otherwise whatever, male, female..straight, gay, bi, smoker, non smoker, drinker, nondrinker, whatever suites your fancy is fine with me as long as I have the privacy of a room.
So, in summation, if anyone happens to stumble across this ad and could use a lil' extra scratch towards there monthly budget, and have the room to spare, please respond to this add so we can meet and negotiate a deal.
