I want to sublease my apartment because of personal reasons.

I'm looking for someone to take over lease (Aug 1, 2008-June 30, 2009), must go through Thalhimer's to sublease.

The apartment is only 1 year old, has hardwood floors and has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths.
You must pay a third of the utilities.

The apartment has a washer and dryer in the unit, and a fenced patio area with access gate to personal parking space.

The bedroom and bath are currently vacant, just waiting for you to arrive.

You will need to fill out a rental application and be approved per Thalhimer criteria. ($250.00 security deposit plus first months rent and application fee)
