The Univex 7510 Value medium-duty slicer uniformly slices product with its sharp, 10-inch-diameter blade. When the blade gets dull, operators can refine it with the integrated sharpener, which can be removed for cleaning. The slice thickness can be adjusted with a knob, and the maximum slice size is 0.875 inch. Its body withstands heavy use and resists corrosion since it is made of polished, anodized cast aluminum.
Perfect for medium-volume use, this Univex 7510 slicer is designed to operate 4 hours each day and can handle a moderate amount of cheese. It accommodates 9.25-inch by 7.5-inch rectangular product, 8-inch-diamater round product, and 7.5-inch by 7.5-inch square product.
