This is a finished corner metal picture frame . The term finished corner pertains to the frame which is metal has corners that are already joined, measuring 24 x 32 , and the reason it's blue is the protective coating [wrapped in plastic] , it also has a wood strainer in the back to help strengthen the frame . Originally this frame would be priced at 100.00. It also has cardboard corners to help protect the frame until it has a picture in it. The actual color of the frame is silver.
