This pen is one of 3 c.1940 Solid Silver Writing pens being offered today. #1, the handle weighs 63.7 grams; #2 weighs 65.7 grams; and #3 weighs 66.1 grams. Because the weight tolerance was so far off, I am thinking that these were a private run, with a minimal production number. Probably a lost wax production. They are not signed or marked in any way. You can see in the pics that the screw threads are white. Its solid. They do not currently work as the ink has dried up years ago, but they are standard size, so replacements to make "them" workable is easy. The weight is the handle only. The nib is probably also silver, but I only weighed the handles. They have no cement
