What we have today is a Provident Mutual Life Insurance Company [Philadelphia] medal. It was founded in 1865 with a picture of the old headquarters on the front. On the obverse or reverse is the new building, 1928. It stands on three brass feet that are about a quarter of an inch tall. The medal is three and a quarter inches in diameter and about a half an inch tall. The bottom side is showing the new building, with at the top an airplane view because I guess that was a big deal in 1928. Good patina, no obvious scratches.
