The Zenith Trans-Oceanic Model A600 marks the beginning of Zenith’s iconic postwar portable shortwave line. Introduced in the early 1950s, the A600 was built for travelers, servicemen, and serious listeners who wanted global reception in a rugged suitcase-style radio. Featuring multi-band shortwave coverage and Zenith’s integrated Wave-Magnet antenna, the A600 helped establish the Trans-Oceanic as the gold standard of American tube radio engineering.
Very Good condition, it powers up and works but it's stuck on one radio station, the dial needs to be repaired, it turns but doesn't move the needle. Seems like it needs a minor repair. It is in good overall condition and complete.
It has a retractactable power cord. Includes manual, charts, log book, head phones and 5 replacement tubes
