One needs seat but other than that they both fully functional. I bought to revisit my childhood but soon learned I am passed the age of putting around on a 20" bike. These bikes come from a time you had to by from a bike shop. WalMart didnt have their cheaper version at that point. These are decent reliable bikes that were built to last. A little cleanup and tweaking is all they need. $175 for the pair. Will meet or deliver if within reason if interested. Both 20". Thanks.
