It's a 1987-1990 Honda 9.9 hp, 4 stroke, electric start, tiller Outboard motor, Longshaft. As far i can tell, its missing the camshaft pulley and the propeller. Overall it looks in very good condition, but I don't know anything else about this outboard, I took it on a trade, just trying to get the $ of what I traded for. The electric kit for these Hondas alone goes for around $150 on ebay. Without the camshaft pulley, Outboard can't not be started / crank. $150.
