This Sea Chest was made by the Texas Trunk Co. in 1963. Makers mark is seen on the interior of the lid along with "DSA 4-011479-SF-604". It was utilized and held in possession by Chief Builder Robert D. Tinsley, USN Retired. It first left the Naval Supply Depot in San Francisco and then sent to Andersen's AFB in Guam, then back to Travis AFB in California and lastly, Fort Belvoir in Virginia. It is in very good condition. As shown in the pictures, there are 2 Navy's Seabee logo (one on each side) as well as on the top lid, white stencil lettering with cubit footage, military postage sheet. The top lid does have some duct tape along with some writing.

Measurements: 19 1/2" wide (left to right) 14 1/2" deep (front to back) and 18" tall.

This is just one example from thousands of military items we have in our shop!
