Missing Person Please Help (South Hill)

I am in Scranton, PA. My adult son, Joseph, was in the South Hill, VA area when I last had contact with him on October, 25th via email.

I have been in contact with local authorities and they are aware of the situation.
This is the latest picture I have of Joseph. His hair may be longer by now.
He is 6'1", weighs around 220, dark brown hair, brown eyes, glasses.
Age: 33
He has a full sleeve tattoo on his left arm and the word "LOUD" tattooed on his fingers. He has scars on both sides of his neck and on the inside of both forearms.
He suffers from schizophrenia and is currently homeless by choice. He often stays in abandoned buildings.
He is not violent and can be approached.
I know he has been to the McDonald's, Wal-mart and possibly the YMCA or Planet Fitness if there is one in the area.
