To ensure every repair receives the time and attention it deserves, I do not perform repairs on-site. After discussing the issue, we'll arrange a convenient pickup or drop-off. I'll diagnose the problem, complete the repair, thoroughly test the system, and return it to you as quickly as possible.
Most repairs are completed within 24–48 hours, depending on the issue and whether replacement parts are required. You'll receive updates throughout the repair process, and no work will be performed without discussing the cost with you first.
