Pink Flamingo is a coastal taco bar located in Downtown Richmond's restaurant row at the Grace Street corridor. We are looking for a gifted and talented Sous Chef to join our kitchen.

The Sous Chef will provide direct support to the Chef in overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations, including cooking, production, inventory, ordering, quality control and sanitation. We are looking for a passionate and organized individual with excellent attention to detail who wants to take their career to the next level.
-3-4 years experience in a kitchen leadership role, preferably as a sous chef in a fine dining restaurant group
-Developed knowledge of various culinary styles and mastery of all line level cooking stations.
-Capability to teach and mentor others
-A professional and polished approach to leadership in a busy atmosphere.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must be experienced, a hard working team player with a commitment for continual improvement.
