Massanutten is the Mid Atlantic Premier Four Season Mountain resort. Top-of-the-line timeshare units at Massanutten. Summit units are rated Gold Crown by RCI. Summit units are 4 bedroom units sleeping 12 which can be locked out to 2 bedroom units sleeping 6 on each level. Summits were built in the townhouse style and have nice views of the slopes and Mountain Greens Golf Course. One week vacation with lock out option using one unit but 2 weeks vacation with deposit of both units. Can exchange and go other places in the world!

Unit is FULLY PAID. There is NO cost to purchase the unit. Seeking buyer to transfer the deed to and pay the maintenance fees only. The 2026 maintenance fees are already paid. The Massanutten resort has some of the lowest maintenance fees in the state. Motivated seller downsizing timeshare portfolio.
