Comfortable, sturdy, and still has plenty of life left. Full disclosure: this has been the cats' favorite couch. The humans in the house barely got a chance to enjoy it! Because of that, there is some cat hair present and it could use a good vacuuming or upholstery cleaning.
There is also cosmetic scratching on the arm of the chair and a small area of the sectional (pictured). The damage is cosmetic only and does not affect the structure, comfort, or usability of the furniture.
