California style: All inclusive coop and run. Coop is capable of handling 6-8 mature chickens. Nesting area is 4' x 4'. It has insulation in the ceiling for keeping birds cool in summer. Overall run area is 4' x 8' with 1" x 2" welded wire. Overall height is approx. 74"high. Roofing is metal-baked on paint. The interior has two nest boxes and roost. It has a door on the run side for extra ventilation. Fully assembled.
