8’x 8’ chicken coop; 64 sq. feet of space, wooden, 7 nest boxes of 2 sizes. Vinyl flooring; sits on hardwood enclosed frame (not attached). Needs new nest box lid & new door/framing. Measures 75” from roof apex to floor of coop; roughly 93” from Apex of roof to ground, including enclosed frame. You could create an opening in the wire of the frame to give additional run space for chickens under the coop.
WILL NEED FLAT TRAILER & 3-4 guys to move it. $450 obo
