- No returns/exchanges. These are live animals and for strict biosecurity practices, there are no return/exchange options available.
- No refunds for losses once they safely leave us and are placed in the care of the purchaser.
- No refunds on purchases of straight run (unsexed) chicks.
- No refunds on sexing errors of cockerels/roosters that turned out to be a pullet/hen (enjoy your new layer).
- Refunds on sexing errors of pullets that turned out to be cockerels must be reported by 16-18 weeks of age; progress photographs are required. Refunds will not exceed original purchase price. No refunds after 18 weeks of age.
