Pickup Appointments Required (24-48 hrs advanced scheduling)
Holds only good for 48 hours (large holds 6+ require non-refundable deposit towards purchase)
Cancellations/reschedules require $10 non-refundable hold deposit towards purchase
Our commitment:
- No returns/exchanges. These are live animals and for strict biosecurity practices, there are no return/exchange options available.
- No refunds for losses once they safely leave us and are placed in the care of the purchaser.
- No refunds on purchases of straight run (unsexed) chicks.
- No refunds on sexing errors of cockerels/roosters that turned out to be a pullet/hen (enjoy your new layer).
- Refunds on sexing errors of pullets that turned out to be cockerels must be reported by 16-18 weeks of age; photographs are required. No refunds after 18 weeks of age. Refunds will not exceed original purchase price.
