The child care staff shall have direct responsibility for guidance and supervision of the children to whom he/she is assigned including:
Overseeing physical care;
Development of acceptable habits and attitudes;
Management of resident's behavior to include supervising chores and meal consumption;
Helping to meet the goals and objectives of any required service plan;
Transport residents to various activities;
Provide mentoring/counseling to the residents as needed;
Assist with homework;
Attend meetings and trainings pertaining to the job duties;
Complete daily logs
