Good morning, I’m in need of a private landlord that’s willing to work with me on a few things. I need to find housing for my recently disabled mother and myself. I’m more concerned about a space for her, I can work something out for myself between the car and couch surfing. My credit is not the best due to everything that quickly changed once she became disabled and we don’t have long before we have to move.
I have money for a large deposit but it’s my credit and rental history holding me back. Any area in the Richmond and surrounding counties and cites is okay. Please get back to me so we can hopefully discuss a few things and work something out.
