Hello! We’re looking for a 2–3 bedroom townhouse or house to rent in the Richmond area (not downtown), preferably in Glen Allen or Henrico, but we’re also open to surrounding areas.
We would strongly prefer a 3 bedroom but are open to a 2 bedroom if it’s the right fit. Ideally we’re looking for at least 1.5 bathrooms. Our budget is up to $1,700 per month.
It would be two adults and we do have cats. We’re quiet and responsible tenants. We both work in the Richmond area and are looking to move because we’d really like to be in a quieter area.
Ideally we are looking to move in June, but we could potentially move sooner for the right place. We’re hoping to find somewhere we can stay long term.
Private landlords are preferred, but we’re also open to a quiet townhouse community. We’re also open to more rural properties or farm settings and would be happy to help out around the property if that’s something the owner is looking for.
