First Class Contracting of Tidewater, a family-owned, General Construction Company headquartered in Glen Allen, Virginia and operating for over 20 years, is seeking a Service Lead for their team!
Qualifications:
Must have own tools
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Must have own transportation to and from job
Organizational and communicative skills
TAKES PRIDE IN THEIR WORK
Minimum of 5 years in construction industry
Residential and Commercial
New construction, rebuilding and or renovations
Skill sets that apply: Framing (wood and metal), drywall, roofing, siding, doors/windows, flooring, concrete, masonry, finish carpentry, and general repairs
Potential supervisory advancement or lead position
Be able to work off man lifts and ladders or scaffolding
Be able to lift minimum of 80lbs.
CPR and OSHA 10 preferable or is willing to obtain for advancement.
Must have minimum of ten years of field managing.
