Assistant Store Manager — SealMaster, Mechanicsville VA
SealMaster (www.sealmaster.net), a leading distributor of asphalt pavement sealers and maintenance products, is hiring a full-time, year-round Assistant Store Manager for our Richmond-area store.
This is a hands-on, customer-facing role working alongside the Store Manager — helping customers, running the register, managing inventory and the warehouse, operating a forklift, and keeping the store sharp.
You’ll need:
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a cell phone
- Comfortable lifting 50Lbs like buckets, handling sandbags, and warehouse work
- Forklift experience a plus (training provided)
- Basic computer/POS and email skills
- Friendly, teachable, trustworthy, customer-focused
- Simple mechanical ability a PLUS (oil, tire pressure, etc.)
Pay: $18/hour, with a $2.00/hour raise after 60 days ($20/hour).
Hours: Mon–Fri 7am–4pm | Sat 7:30am–12pm | Sun closed
