NOW HIRING – HVAC Helper & Apprentice
HVAC Contractor is currently looking for:
A proactive, motivated individuals interested in learning and growing in the HVAC trade. No experience is necessary for the apprentice position. We are willing to train the right person through hands-on, on-the-job training directly with a licensed mechanical contractor.
1-) What We’re Looking For:
- Be on time, punctual, and reliable with strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Customer-focused attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required.
2-) Requirements:
- Must have transportation (Gas compensation).
- Basic hand tools.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment/materials and comfortable working in attics, crawlspaces, rooftops, and outdoor environments.
3-) Duties:
- Assist with residential and light commercial HVAC installations and service calls.
- Help with maintenance, repairs, organization, and warehouse/shop tasks.
- Learn HVAC diagnostics, tools, and daily operations.
- Receive direct hands-on training and supervision from a licensed contractor.
4-) Benefits & Compensation:
- Hourly pay and commission opportunities.
- Paid vacation.
- Company van provided for certain qualified applicants (Valid driver’s license and good driving record required)
