AD 1: Installer Helper
Installer Helper – Stoneridge Outdoor Living
We're hiring now — immediate opening!
About the Role: This is a hands-on helper position working alongside our experienced deck and outdoor living installers. You'll assist with building custom decks, screen rooms, porch enclosures, and patio installations. Some interaction with customers and homeowners will be required, so a professional, courteous attitude is a must.
What You'll Be Doing:
• Assisting installers with framing, decking, and railing work
• Carrying and staging materials on job sites
• Operating hand and power tools
• Keeping the job site clean, organized, and safe
• Following direction from the lead installer to get the job done right
What We're Looking For:
• Some familiarity or experience with decking, roofing, siding, or similar residential construction
• Must have basic tools
• Reliable — shows up on time, every day
• Able to work outdoors in all seasons and handle physical labor (lifting, climbing, kneeling)
• Valid driver's license
• Able to pass a background check
• Drug-free workplace — pre-employment screening required
Compensation & Benefits:
• $18-$25/hr depending on experience and ability
