JOB SUMMARY

Performs emergency mitigation services to stabilize properties after water, sewage, fire, or mold damage. Focus on damage control, safety, and preparing for restoration per industry standards. Core Responsibilities Respond to emergency jobs and assess site conditions Document damage (photos, moisture readings, notes) Extract water and remove unsalvageable materials Set up and monitor drying equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers) Clean, disinfect, and perform basic demolition as needed Assist with mold remediation (containment, HEPA, negative air) Maintain safe, clean job sites and proper PPE use Update job status in system (e.g., Workiz) Able to work in confined spaces Valid drivers license
