Warehouse Manager
Location: Richmond

Reports to: Operations Manager / Director of Logistics
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure efficient inventory management. The ideal candidate is organized, safety-focused, and self-driven to create and maintain processes.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping
• Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee stock control
• Optimize warehouse layout and workflows to improve efficiency
• Coordinate with material shipments project managers, vendors and in-house teams
• Track and return warranty parts
• Handle equipment maintenance and vendor coordination
• Maintain truck log and required maintenance
Requirements
• Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory systems (Service titan preferred)
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in warehouse management software and basic MS Office skills
