🔧 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Drivers / Foremen
Lead and manage the moving crew on job sites
Safely operate 16’–26’ box trucks
Communicate professionally with customers
Wrap, pad, load, secure, and unload household items
Ensure truck cleanliness, safety, and proper load distribution
Prevent damage and ensure a smooth, efficient move
Present final bill and collect payment
Helpers
Follow direction from the Driver/Foreman
Assist with loading, unloading, wrapping, padding, and stacking
Help maintain clean trucks and job sites
Handle items with care to prevent damage
✅ REQUIREMENTS
Punctual, hardworking, and self-motivated
Ability to lift 20–120+ lbs regularly
Able to pass background check & drug screening
Drivers:
Valid driver’s license
Good driving record
Experience driving 16’–26’ box trucks
Ability to read and speak English
Strong customer service skills
High performance and teamwork mindset
