### **The Squad We’re Building:**
* **Sharp, Self-Sufficient Painters:** Masters of the trade. Professional cutting, rolling, and spray work. You see the job, you prep it right, and you finish it flawlessly without being babysat.
* **Elite Handyman / Right-Hand Leaders:** The "Gold List" experts. Self-sufficient pros who handle drywall, fixtures, and carpentry. You can manage a site and execute full renovations independently.
* **Reliable Workers:** Sharp, punctual muscle to keep the momentum high and the job site "Refreshed with Quality."
### **The Pay Structure (2026 Richmond Market):**
* **Skilled Handymen & Painters:** $25 – $35/hr (Based on skill, gear, and speed).
* **Skilled Workers/Labor:** $18 – $22/hr (Based on hustle and reliability).
* **Lead/Reno Day Rates:** $200 – $280 flat (8-hour shifts).
* **Elite Flat Rates:** Fixed project pricing for our most trustworthy, self-sufficient partners.
