$20 hr – Event Setup Crew Needed (Unload Truck / Booth Setup / Pack Up)
We are hiring a small crew to help with trade show booth setup and breakdown. This is straightforward work for dependable people who can follow directions and handle light-to-moderate lifting. At least a three (3) hour minimum.
Job Tasks
• Unload moving bags/containers and display materials/racks etc. from a Dodge Ram truck and 6x12 U-Haul, Friday March 13, 2026, beginning 12:45 pm
• Move items to the booth space inside the venue, Henrico Sports Events Center, 1 All Star Blvd, Glen Allen, VA 23059
• Assist with setting up booth displays, racks, tables, and signage
• Organize merchandise and supplies
• Break down booth after the event, Saturday, March 14, 2026 beginning 4:00 pm
• Repack items neatly back into the truck and U-Haul
Pay
$20 per hour
Paid at the end of the shift on Saturday, March 14, 2026
Must be same crew both days
College students welcomed too.
Requirements
• Must be reliable and show up on time
• Able to lift 40–50 lbs
• Comfortable standing and moving during the shift
• Team players who can follow instructions
