Are you an independent cleaner looking to build your cleaning jobs? Are you willing to have a "route" built with consistent locations that you clean weekly?
We are immediately looking to hire professional, reliable independent contracting cleaners ready to build our team!
These are professional level contracts that are route based. We are looking for contractors to service at HANOVER, VA!
We are looking for (MUST have):
Independent consistent cleaners
Reliable and on-time cleaners
Those who are willing to work on professional commercial and residential contracts
Those who are quick learners, can follow directions independently, multi-task, and able to solve and navigate issues independently
Those who are willing to build their routes with consistency
Those who can operate on a monthly net base pay - which means you are paid monthly for all services rendered.
Those who can provide your own basic cleaning equipment: Vacuum, mop, rag, bucket, broom
Do NOT reach out if:
You do not have a car/drive or are not willing to get to locations in your route without issue
You are not consistent and reliable
Not able to follow multi-step directions
You are are not comfortable with a monthly payment schedule, may not be a good fit for this position.
You are easily frustrated/not able to multi-task or problem solve independently
You do not have basic cleaning supplies and tools/OR are not willing to obtain supplies to work a route
