looking for an experienced, reliable General Contractor to handle a full residential renovation from start to finish.
This is a paid gig with the potential for ongoing work if it’s a good fit.
What We’re Looking For
• Established GC with their own tools & transportation
• Ability to manage an entire renovation
• Has their own crew or can reliably subcontract trades they don’t perform themselves
• Strong experience coordinating:
• Framing
• Drywall
• Flooring
• Painting
• Electrical
• Plumbing
• Kitchens / bathrooms
• Can pull permits or work with permitted subs when required
• Shows up on time, communicates clearly, and finishes jobs
Project Scope
• Full interior renovation
• Single-family residential property
• Timeline and scope will be discussed in detail with the right candidate
• Materials may be owner-supplied or contractor-supplied (open to discussion)
Requirements
• Proven renovation experience (photos preferred)
• Reliable transportation
• Own tools
• Licensed & insured preferred (please specify status)
• Ability to provide references is a plus
Compensation
• Competitive pay based on scope and experience
• Payment structure to be discussed (milestone-based preferred)
