This work will not take over a day or two if you have done it before.
Band need replace and Window sills need to be replace too. I need the rotten part cutout before sistering the joist. look at the pictures

I will provide everything that is needed.
I am looking for those who did this. A carpenter.

You can make a sugestion on pay and if I like your work I will consider. Which mean dividing the work so I can see if you know what you are doing.
