Field Growth & Customer Experience Marketing Specialist

Job Description

The Field Growth & Customer Experience Marketing Specialist reports up through the regional marketing leadership directly supporting the District Manager and is responsible for executing brands, products, activions, and program standards in assigned markets to drive profitable growth within Aramark?s fastest growing segment - Refreshments. They will be responsible for management and implemention of Aramark Refreshments? marketing objectives and activities including local store marketing initiives, regional marketing programs, client activions, product and equipment marketing, and product management and analysis. This will include both new business and base business clients. This role serves as a critical liaison between Aramark?s marketing team and field operions ensuring th both the field team and client needs are met, while adhering to Aramark standards. 

COMPENSATION: The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $64,000. If both numbers are the same, th is the amount th Aramark expects to offer.  This is Aramark?s good faith and reasonable estime of the compension for this position as of the time of posting.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist with the field execution of programming in Office Coffee Services, Vending, Amenity Snack & Go, and Micromarket accounts to ensure program merchandising and proper planograms are implemented all client sites.
• Implement nional marketing initiives while developing and executing local promotional calendars client sites.
• Deploys new product innovion opportunities with field teams to execute new and existing client sites.
• Assist in the oversight and implemention for all internal nional and local sales genering initiives.
• Develop social content th promotes regional activities, experiences, innovions, new openings as well as spotlights employees to support the social media team?s overall marketing/communicion stregy.
• Participe in identifying, developing, and evaluing local marketing stregy.
• Present marketing initiives and innovions during client meetings as well as report outs of prior initiives
• Partner with District Manager to ensure the sales and profitability of product lines or services, analyze business developments and monitor market trends.
• Assist in the opening of all new regional client locions in conjunction with the field team.
• Coordine new and existing store marketing responsibilities i.e., signage and planogram activions.
• Meet with vendors and distributors to manage product or equipment assessment, distribution, and implemention.
• Supports field team with the development of tailored client solutions for local or key account clients.
• Serve as primary point of contact for field questions regarding convenience retail plform, product, and programming.
• Collabores with OpX regional manager, local finance manager, route manager and marketing leadership for continuous improvement on current product and programming standards.
• Supports select local client meetings and Micromarket installs.Coaches and trains local Route Managers and Business Development Manager(s) on Aramark?s marketing initiives.
• Ability to take delivery on key projects, as necessary.

Qualificions

• Bachelor?s Degree preferred. 
• A minimum of 2 years client marketing experience, with a demonstred record of success and effective performance.
• Experience or demonstred ability to work effectively in a team-based environment within a heavily mrixed organizion.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communicion skills.
• Ability to synthesize multiple inputs into a clear, concise, and useful recommendion.
• Strong organizional and project management skills
• Microsoft Office proficient (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 
• Adobe Creive Suite experience a plus.Ability to travel 30%
