Baxendale Harmony Sovereign H1260 Guitar - $1,350

These Sovereigns are made of high quality tonewoods with a solid spruce top and solid mahogany back and sides. Features a rosewood fingerboard and bridge with a mahogany neck.
This guitar has undergone a detailed process by Scott and his crew to make this guitar the best possible version of itself. A major part of that process was converting the bracing to an X style configuration using Scott's proprietary scalloped tuned bracing.
They also made several other upgrades to this guitar from adding a new improved pin style bridge, new compensated bone saddle and bone nut and new vintage style tuning gears. As well as improving the playability of the guitar by straightening the neck, planing and refretting it and changing the neck angle to maximize action and sound.
And speaking of sound, this guitar truly sounds amazing! The range of frequency expression is really remarkable and is honestly about as good as any I've ever heard and I've been around acoustic guitars for a long time. The closest comparisons I can draw is to the high end Martins and Gibsons.
One very cool and unique visual feature of this guitar that really sets it apart is the simple but beautiful hand painted pickguard. A great touch of folk art on a fantastic instrument.
