Offered for sale is a custom built snare drum, built by this seller. The drum is a Gretsch replica, as all of the parts are from a Gretsch
USA custom snare drum. I purchased a Gretsch USA custom snare drum, 5x14". I did not like the sound of that drum, so I sold the shell. I then purchased a 6"x14" 15 ply Keller shell. I had precision Drum Company in New York, cut bearing edges and
snare beds. Edges are 45 degree, with a slight round over outer edge. Finish is Satin Black. The drum has 14 vent holes to increase
sensitivity. Asking price is fair and firm. It cost me right at $725.00 to build. NOTE: This is NOT a Gretsch snare drum.

Reason for selling is that I am now 84 years old, and am clearing out things I do not want my children to have to deal with.
