We have a two-office suite with your own private bathroom facilities. It is a medium size office and a large office space and/or conference room space and rents for $1,300. All utilities are included with these spaces with exception of you would need to pay for internet and phones. Already have FIOS and Comcast in the building. There is a front and back entrance to the suite. The space will be available after mid-December.
JRIP also has outdoor storage space for vehicles/equipment storage. Rental of an office space includes leaving one vehicle or piece of equipment overnight. The entire industrial park is fenced in and has 24/7 security camera coverage.
All offices require a security deposit. None of the spaces are zoned for auto repair shop as we do not have the ventilation required.
