James River Industrial Park located in the Enon area of Chesterfield County (less than 10 minutes from Boulevard in Colonial Heights and about 5 minutes in either direction to Rt. 10 or Jeff Davis Highway in Chesterfield) has outdoor storage available for the lowest cost you will find anywhere. JRIP caters to small businesses and offers a secure and centrally located area which is less than 2 miles from every major interstate ramp (95N, 95S, I-295), less than 4 miles from Rt. 288, and less than 1 mile to Rt. 10 (which has recently been widened to 8 lanes). We have graveled space available for onesies or if you need a laydown/large equipment area, we've got you covered!
The entire park is fenced in and is visible on multiple 24/7 security cameras with an electric gate system. If you have a large amount of equipment to store outside, talk to us about the possibility of your own fenced in area within our already fenced in park.
