Hello I am looking for some help with my water bill I need 426 to get back on the payment plan. I was on the payment plan but I was only paying the the minimum of what the plan was and not the bill. So I got backed up so now I gotta pay 426 for the payment plan or the whole thing which I don't have. I do work but I haven't gotten that many hours. I can work for the help or I take donations. I am experience in food service it has to be on bus line cause I do not drive I can work mornings or I can do overnights I get off from my other job at 11:20pm i just need some help.
