I'm a professional carpenter, I'm currently employed. I'm looking for side work, I have all my own tools and reliable transportation. As a home owner if it's already there you can fix it with no permit. You usually need a permit to build from scratch. I can build decks, fences. I can replace windows and doors. (Any carpenter type work)
