Easy to get along with youthful, middle-aged guy here. Just ask that you keep the room clean and tidy and that you pay the rent on time every 30 days.
House location not convenient to bus stop, and no smoking is allowed inside or outside house. Sorry, no pets. I do have a friendly indoor cat.
