Good day! Seeking a roommate to share a historic home in Union Hill, Richmond, $700 per month each plus 1/2 utilities. Available December 1st or thereafter, if this ad is up the room is available. Must pass landlord’s background check and get on lease (which renews June 1st). $60 non-refundable application fee.

Spacious room, approximately 15’ x 15’. Shared bathrooms. House has in unit W/D, central heat and a/c, dishwasher, fridge with ice maker, off street parking. Quiet neighborhood. 2 bedroom 2 bath detached house with a large extra room (shared) for storage, office, or other possible purposes. Living room and kitchen are set up with entertainment and cooking essentials.

You would be living with me, a 48 year old male, non-smoker non-drinker non-420 (truly I have no issues if you indulge in these things, as long as you are considerate, no hard drugs please). I am not the tidiest individual, though I am averse to filth. I am very laid back and considerate. LGBTQ friendly. I have 2 indoor/outdoor cats.
