Hey! My name's Tyler and I'm looking for a room or rental in the Richmond area for me and my dog Bear.
A little about Bear:
He's a 70-pound lovable goofball who lives for his daily walks and never misses a meal. He's super friendly and gets along great with people and other animals. Honestly, he'll probably win you over before I do.
A little about me:
I'm a Director of Business Development at a well-established digital marketing agency. I work remotely, so I'm mostly home during the day keeping things pretty low-key. I'm interested in relocating to the Richmond area from Alexandria and am excited to get settled into a new city.
Outside of work, I stay pretty active and creative. I went to Radford University for Graphic Design and I've always kept art in my life. Lately I've been getting into metal sculptures, which has been a blast. I love to cook (happy to share meals with roommates), and when the season's right, you'll find me on the slopes snowboarding. I'm a huge film nerd and love exploring local food scenes, so I'm looking forward to checking out everything Richmond has to offer on that front. If you know a good spot, I'm always down to try it.
What I'm looking for:
Somewhere that feels like home with people who are open-minded, respectful, and welcoming. I get along with pretty much everyone and I value living in a space where kindness and mutual respect are the baseline. Inclusivity matters to me, so I'm hoping to find a spot where that's a shared priority.
If this sounds like a good fit, shoot me a message and please ensure to include a link to photos of your rental and the total monthly cost. Happy to grab coffee, do a walkthrough, or FaceTime if that's easier. Bear and I look forward to hearing from you!
